He was predeceased by: his parents, William Royal Rudder, Sr. and Coretta Cheney Rudder; his former wife Vickie Paulette Brown Rudder of Pine Bluff; and his sisters, Shirley Mae Mcrae (Joe Marion) of Pine Bluff and Patsy Ruth Taylor (Tom) of Austin, Texas..
He is survived by: his wife Carol Cleo Woodard Rudder (Dolly) of Warren; his brother William Royal Rudder (Glenda) of Bryant, Arkansas.; his children, Penny Rudder Lowe (Dennis), John Robert Rudder, Jr. (Jackie) of Star City and William Victor Rudder of Justin, Texas.; his stepsons, Corey Davidson (Chris) of Bentonville and Ben Nowlin (Lauren) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Kyle Lowe, Megan Lowe Welch, Colton Rudder, Justin Rudder, Kieara Rudder, Grady Davidson, Archer Davidson and Everett Nowlin; and his great grandchildren, Arabella Welch, Aliyah Welch and Remington Lowe.
