He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Maxwell and Ada Bell Weatherford Harper; his wife Mary Oleta Harper; and his siblings, Harold, Billy, Ira Dean Harper and Peggy Jasay.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Ray Harper (Renee) of Glendale, Max Harper (Glenda) of Camden, Mark Harper (Dennie) of Deer, Warren Harper (Rhonda) of Locust Bayou, Judy Gibson (Sam) of Warren, Joyce Lee of Little Rock and Jenny Stone (Matt) of Camden; and his grandchildren, Kim Glenn, Chris Harper, Lillie Herring, Chad Gibson, Michele Jenkins, Melissa McCready, Melanie Burton, Hugh Harper, Mary Lambert, Matthew Harper, Adam Harper, Kelly Garner, Mason Stone, Hillary Veazey, Daniel Harper, Bill Harper and Nathan Harper. He is also survived by thirty-seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
