He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Willis Plum (Donna) of Peoria, IL; his children, Kenneth Plum (Leah) of Greenwood, Shirley Russell of Fort Smith and Donna Cantrell (Bob) of Waldron; and his stepsons, Jessie Hale of California and Perry Neal Vincent of Waldron. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 11 step-great-grandchildren; and many friends.
