He is survived by: his mother Helena Theresa Olsen (Mohar) of Viola, Arkansas; his wife Jennifer Annette Jacobs; his daughters, Sarah Jean Guyer of Viola, Ashley Nicole Smith of Viola and Megan Alysia Olsen of Viola, Arkansas; his stepdaughters, Karen Elizabeth Painter (Kevin) of West Plains and Erika Darnell Cunningham (Chase) of West Plains, Missouri; and his sister Norma Helena Tumlin (Clifton) of Gravette, Arkansas. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
