She was predeceased by: her parents, Hulen Dennis Johnson and Dessie Lee Johnson (Roberson); and her siblings, Leon Johnson, Rick Johnson, Janice Kay Ruble and Anna Hamilton.

She is survived by: her close friend Larry Joe Dean; her son David Wesley Mitchell (Jennifer) of Fayetteville; her son-in-law James Howell of Viola, Arkansas; her daughters, Meghan LeAnn Howell of Viola and Heather Gail Marberry (Brock) of Flippin, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Mckenzie Mitchell, Aidan Mitchell, Aria Mitchell, Brayden Marberry, Haley Marberry, Braxton Howell, Audrie Comstock, Jonathan Rorex, Jordan Thompson and Makenzie Jones; and her siblings, Tommy Johnson (Carol Ann) of Black Rock, Kenny Johnson (Debbie) of Pocahontas, Arkansas, Becky Brown of Pocahontas and Barbara Sullinger of Vilonia, Arkansas. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
