He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Roper; his grandson Timothy Mask; his parents, Virgie Roper and Milus Roper; and his sisters, Charlene Cool and Louise Romine.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Mask (Karl) of Viola, Janet Tune (Jackie) of Manila, Charles Roper of Viola and David Roper (Tammy) of Glade Water; and his grandchildren, Christopher Mask (Amelia) of Viola, Jeremy Mask (LeAnn) of Viola, Miranda Griffin of Jonesboro, Jason Mask of Jonesboro, Brittney Crabtree (Ronald) of Peel, Ava Nichols (Chase) of Lake City, Randy Tune (Cassey) of Manila and Tammy Evans of Monette.
