He is survived by: his wife Jeanne "Williams" Foster; his children, Brian Foster (Heather), Doug Foster (Christy), Erin Kimbrough (Chuck) and Mike Foster (Cindy); his brother Terry Foster (Anita); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Abbey Kimbrough, Colton, Ty Foster, Ian, Kye Foster and William Foster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
