He is survived by: his wife Helen K. Collins of Viola, Arkansas; his daughters, Elisabeth L. Brooks (Andrew) of Mountain Home and Nelda Gracie Qualls of Elizabeth, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Laura Shaddon (Jason), Aiden Brooks and Benjamin Brooks; his great grandchildren, Addison Shaddon and Remington Shaddon; and his siblings, Marie Ricardo (Bill) of California, Willie Collins (Ann) of Tecumseh and Larry Collins (Anna) of Norfork, Arkansas.
