She is survived by: her children, Shelly Meadows of Fort Smith, Misty Foust (Robert) of Rudy, Paul Meadows II of Alma and Ben Meadows of Spiro; her siblings, Brenda Miller of Hot Springs and Robby Breshears of Hot Springs; her grandchildren, Suoney Phaengduang, Skylier Veingthong, Amber Palmer, Michaela Holingsworth, Nicholas Foust, Nakita Foust, Savanah Meadows, Zackery Meadows, Mathew Meadows, Dillan Meadows, Kolden Meadows, Brincen Meadows, Caleb Meadows, Destani Meadows, Serinity Meadows, Nathaniel Foust, Nevyn Foust, Nash Foust and Breanne Foust; and her great grandchildren, Mason Foust, Skylynn Holingsworth, Haiven Hollingsworth, Jazibeth Seal, Jax Seal, Dante Adams, Mykael Veingthong, Amorai Jade Veingthong, Silas Stone Meadows, Zakilah Neyah Faye and Everlee Jane Meadows. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
