He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Solley and Geneva Solley (Corbell); his wife Judy Solley (Harris); and his brothers, James Donald and Thomas Lee Solley.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Darlene Solley of Springdale, Jackie Denise Stacy of Rudy and Johnny Darrell Solley of Van Buren; and his grandchildren, Keesha Murray (Jerame), Fanchon Phanphengdee (Johnny), Jaime Black (Michael Hooper), Dustin Stacy (Nia), Kyleigh Stanley (Dustin), Ryan Solley, Kayse Sanders and Tristin Stacy. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
