He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester F. Jenkins, and Laurabelle Jenkins, Sr. (Wilson); his wife Margaret (Maggie); and his brother Robert Jenkins. He is survived by: his children, Michael Silvia of Acworth, Douglas Silvia (Genevieve) of Rydal, Arthur Silvia (Denise) of Jacksonville, Gina Keveryn (Michael) of Port St, Lisa Crowden (Michael) of Fort Smith and Laura Frala (Gary) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
