He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Crabtree and May Crabtree (Mountjoy); his former wife Mary Crabtree; and his siblings, Charlie Crabtree, Hershel Crabtree, Ezra Crabtree, Lenard Crabtree, Eunice Crabtree Massey, Reba Crabtree Wells and Wanda Crabtree Morland.
He is survived by: his wife Zena McAllister; his children, Rosemary Wagoner of Van Buren, Keith Crabtree of Van Buren and Bruce Crabtree (Frankie) of Van Buren; and his siblings, Donvall Crabtree (Marlene) of Bella Vista, Jerry Crabtree (Barbara) of Van Buren, Alma Crabtree Tudor and Vondalena Crabtree Myers. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren.
