He is survived by: his wife Dana Johnson Green of Alma, AR; his children, Tori Endres (Paul) of Brecksville, OH, Wade Green of Alma and Doyle Green III of Alma; his siblings, Pamela Robertson (Jamie) of Tahlequah and Joe Green (Martha) of Tahlequah; and his grandchildren, Quinn and Graham Endres.
