It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Owens (Trumann, Arkansas), born in Harrisburg, Arkansas, who passed away on August 21, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Florence Yvionne Martin Owens; his siblings, Eugene Owens, J. B. Owens and Helen Catlett; and his parents, Walter Owens and Lottie Sheets Owens.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Maxwell (Ronnie) of Trumann, AR and Mickey Owens (Norma) of Cabot, AR. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
