He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman Junior Webb and Lavern Webb (Jones). He is survived by: his children, Cody Webb Raby of Harrisburg and Sommer Vancil of West Columbia; and his siblings, Clyde Lynn Webb of Monette and Donna Deloach of Harrisburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
