She was predeceased by: her son Shannon Keith Slinkard; and her parents, Hugh Clark and Nadine Stevens Clark. She is survived by: her husband Robert D. "Bob" Slinkard; her son Damon Slinkard (Tammie) of Trumann; her grandchildren, Autumn Slinkard and Nelson Slinkard; her great grandchild Sicily; and her brother Ronald Clark of Trumann.
