He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Dobbins; his stepfather Butch Owens; and his brother Billy Owens. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Jean Raymond Dobbins; his wife Linda Adams Dobbins; his children, Ed Hall (Breanna) of Trumann, Beth Whitaker (Austin) of Bay, Yasmine Hall of Trumann, Anna Anderson of Jonesboro, Billy Dobbins of Jonesboro, Alan Dobbins of Trumann and Samantha Biggers (Tim) of Trumann, Arkansas; and his sisters, Becky Newell (Russell) of Trumann, Tina Crittendon (Mike) of Trumann, Lisa Drake (Richard) of Bradley and Kerri Smith of Trumann. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
