It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Newell (Trumann, Arkansas), who passed away on March 2, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, G. W. Newell and Wanda Broom Newell; his sister Lavon McNabb; and his great grandchild Kylee Jade Henry. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Bradford Newell; his children, Sandy Bryant (Barry) of Fayetteville, AR, Tonya Hedge (Danny) of Trumann, George Newell, Steven Henry of Williford, AR and Alex Henry (Katelyn) of Jonesboro, AR; and his brother Harvey Newell (Kay). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
