He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Stephens, Sr. and Dorothy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Stephens of Washington State; his daughter Tomeika Defoe of Minnesota; and his siblings, Billy Ray Stephens of Caraway, Judy Hardin of Marked Tree, Rebecca Gamber of Huntsville, AL and Donna Faye Stephens of Trumann. He is also survived by several grandchildren and one great grandchild.
