It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Waters of Trumann, Arkansas, who passed away on July 12, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Edith Dycus and Ray Waters; and his parents, Samuel Waters and Nannie Polk Waters. He is survived by: his wife Nina Henderson Waters; his children, Fred Waters of Ward, AR and Betty Richardson of Trumann; and his grandchildren, Jason Waters, Jimmy Knight, Cassie Richardson and Jonathan Richardson. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
