He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Crouch and Tommie Cockrum Crouch; and his brother Bobby Smith. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Hall Crouch; his sons, Ryan Crouch of Trumann and Michael Hall of Trumann; his siblings, Jackie Smith of Jonesboro, Russell Crouch of Nashville, TN, Ernie Smith of Jonesboro and Tommie Jean Stephenson of Trumann; and his grandchildren, Mia and Hunter Hall.
