She was predeceased by: her brother Neal Cook; and her parents, Howard Keith and Olive Pennington Keith. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Wilkins; her sons, Dennis Wilkins, II of Stanton, MO, Thomas Wilkins of St. Louis, MO and Shawn Wilkins of Knoxville, NC; and her siblings, Jimmy Webb (Sandra) of Festus, MO, Newty Webb (June) of Englewood, FL and Julie Ann Skaggs (Troy) of Englewood, FL. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
