She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Holcomb; her daughter Mandy Holcomb; her siblings, Margaret Nelson, Bill Welch and Donny Welch; and her parents, Henry Welch and Ruby Jewel Scarry Welch.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Buie of Florida; and her siblings, Carol Green of Trumann, Brenda Lowery of Jonesboro and Jimmy Welch of Trumann. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
