He was predeceased by: his parents, Lilburn Fowler and Ethel Fowler; his wife Linda Fowler; his brothers, Leon Fowler and Dale Fowler (Bo); his brother-in-law Royce Morgan; and his sister Phyllis Fowler.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Fowler (Erin) of Olive Branch, MS, Dawnette Schmidt (Jim) of Savage, MN and Barbara Fowler of Ardmore, OK; his siblings, Larry Fowler (Karen) of Trumann, Ronnie Fowler (Glenda) of Clear Water, Florida, Brenda Gatlin (Wayne) of Conway, Donnie Morgan of Monticello and Glenda Fowler of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Timothy Chandler, Danielle Mourer, Joshua Schmidt, Rachelle Schmidt, Davis Schmidt, Zachery Fowler, Parker Fowler (Daijah), Nikki Addison (Garth), Sarah Masters, Rachel Masters and Emma Fowler; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Garrett, Bentley, Alice, Corrin, Sahara and Bishop. He is also survived by numerous nieces and, nephews.
