He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Elvin and Goldie Mae Helms Milam; his wives, Mildred Stracener and Carol Milam; and his brother Don Milam.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Milam of Pleasant Plains and Teresa Hood of Tyronza; and his siblings, Clayton Milam of Bay, Edward Milam of Flint, MI, Ray Milam of Payneway, Ovon Bailey of Trumann and Karen Darlette Collins of Naples, FL. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
