He was predeceased by: his sisters, Glenda McGaha and Tina Halter; and his parents, Charlie Freeman and Jacquelene Parker Green. He is survived by: his wife Stella Diane Karnes Green; his children, Dionne Haag of Jonesboro, Dianna Ishmael (Jackson) of Trumann, Angela June Green of Kennett, Missouri and Charles Ray "Parker" Green of Trumann; and his siblings, Judy Owen of Mountain Home, Ark. and Larry Green (Jocelyne) of Mountain Home. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
