He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivy Herbert and Susie Mae Holland Maxwell; and his son Neil Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Ruth Campbell Maxwell; his sons, Ronnie Maxwell (Linda) of Trumann and Kenny Maxwell (Terry) of Trumann; and his sisters, Melba Lamphere of California, LaBelva Boyd of Florida, Laura Whitman of California, Iva Cahill of California and Coy Hodges of Van Buren, AR. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Burial will be private at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in Birdeye, Ark. In compliance with Covid-19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is required, a Covid-19 acknowledgement form is required to be signed and social distancing will be observed.
