She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Howard and Irene Barker Howard. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Bailey; her children, Alan Bailey (Pam) and Dee Collins (Tim) of Trumann; her sister Emma Jean Evans (Bob) of Jonesboro; and her grandchildren, Levi Bailey, Brooke Bailey, Clayton Collins, Benjamin Collins and Kyle Collins.
In compliance with COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing will be required along with face masks and the signing of a COVID-19 form.
