He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Gene and Daphne Jean Ussery Stubbs; his brother Davis Stubbs; and his nephew Cliff Stubbs. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Stephen Stubbs; his daughters, Amanda Williams (Charles) of Franklin, TN, April Clayton of Little Rock and Anna Vinson (Michael) of Jonesboro; his siblings, Billy Gene Stubbs, Jr. (Cheryl) of Coila, MS, John Stubbs (Diane) of Clarksdale, MS and Sally Rowe of Coila, MS; and his grandchildren, Charles Williams, Callen Williams, Emrey Vinson and Evelyn Vinson.
