He is survived by: his wife Judy Osburn; his daughter Brooke Bramlett; his stepdaughters, Holly Cupp (Charlton) of Jonesboro and Raquel Crawford of Piggott; his siblings, Darrell Osburn of Walnut Ridge, David Osburn of Clanton, Alabama and Debbie Thomas of Henderson; and his grandsons, Ryan Crawford, Ross Taylor and Shiloh Cupp.
Pallbearers will be Jason Osburn, Jordan Smith, Joel Jones, Chad Morgan, Gary Newman, Jr. and Lonnie Gibson, Jr. Family and guests are asked to practice social distancing and to wear a mask as recommended by the CDC.
