He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Leroy and Arnetta Pedigo Roach; his wife Patsy Roach; his siblings, Jimmy Ray, Roy Franklin, Mary Louise, Glenda, Shelbby and Judy; and his grandsons, James, Joseph and Dakota Pendley.
He is survived by: his close friend Doris Williams of Bay Village; and his children, Laurie Pendley (Johnny) of Bay Village, James Magee (Kim) of Tampa, Jacob of Jonesboro, Illinois. and Jesse Gerardi of Jonesboro, Illinois.. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
