She was predeceased by: her parents, Berlin "Jack" and Ruth "Tina" Adams Ford; and her half-brother Berlin Devon Ford. She is survived by: her siblings, Todd Ford and Jackie Roark of Payneway; and her half-sister Janice Kain of Heber Springs. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
