It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Dobbins of Trumann, Arkansas, born in Newellton, Louisiana, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Smith Weddel; his sister Kathy Grissom; and his grandson Bryson Dobbins. He is survived by: his father James Dobbins (Linda) of Harrisburg; his children, Shonda Dobbins (Jackie Simpson) of Jonesboro, Heather Dobbins of Trumann, Melissa Cook (Zachary) of Trumann, Hay-Leigh Fowler (Ruben) of Jonesboro, Joshua Dobbins (Kodi) of Ames and D. J. Dobbins of Jonesboro; his niece Camillia Dobbins of Harrisburg; his brothers, Michael Dobbins of Trumann and Delton Dobbins, Sr. of Harrisburg; his girlfriend Melissa Fry; and his stepsiblings, Stephanie Baxter (Robert) of Harrisburg, Brian Webb (Jamey) of Caraway and Jonathan Webb (April) of Harrisburg.
Burial will be private. In compliance with Covid-19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is optional and social distancing will be required.
