She is survived by: her children, Cindy Cook (Jeff Robinson) of Bono, Lorre Holt (Ron) of Tulot, Arkansas, Stevie Cook of Tulot, Arkansas and Jeremy Cook of Tulot, Arkansas; her sister Jenny Burlison of Brookland, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Courtney Holt, Dylan Holt, April Holt, Stevie Cook, Jr., Holley Cook, Mallorie Cook, Jonathan Cummings, Jessica Cummings and Eli Whitmire; and her great grandchildren, Bentley Sloan, Lynlee Cook, Braxton Cook, Maxwell Cook, Bennett Cook, Rosaleigh Suarez and Romeo Suarez.
