She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Bell and Ollie Mae Bell; her brothers, Willie Earl Bell, Raymond Bell, Willie Hassel and Herman "Boo" Bell; and her children, Willie Earl Washington, Roy Bell, Lucas Bell, Lee A Bell, Patricia Hayes and Ethel Bell.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Bell (Tracey), Arthur Bell (Tanja), Patsy Lawless (Jessie) and Mary Williams Bell (Eddie); and her daughters-in-law, Betty Washington and Andrea English Bell. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren (113), great grandchildren (88), great-great grandchildren.
