It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrea Couch of Tontitown, Arkansas, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on May 25, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Cooksey and Jesse Mae Cooksey; and her brother Danny Lee Cooksey. She is survived by: her husband Donald Couch; her sons, Farrel Couch (Tamara) of Hindsville, Howard Couch (Deborah) of Ft. Smith and Tobin Couch of Tontitown; and her brother John Cooksey (Heather) of West Fork. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
