He is survived by: his father Louis Prislovsky; his son Gary Prislovsky (Brooke) of Slovak; his grandchildren, Mason Prislovsky of Haiti, Michael Prislovsky, Gabe Cortez and Garlyn Cortez of Slovak; his siblings, Billy Prislovsky of Hot Springs, Gail Oliver and Lisa Raper (Tim) of Stuttgart; and his cousin Phil Prislovsky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
