He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Smith and Eunice Smith (Bounds); and his siblings, Ronald, Dennis, Kevin Smith and Lavonda Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Smith (Rhama); his daughters, Sherry McMasters of Newark, Sheila Wood of Jonesboro and Charlotte Fletcher (Greg) of Sitka; his grandchildren, Joshua McMasters (Emily), Daniel McMasters, Zac Adams (Katey), Hunter Fletcher (McKenzie) and AnnMarie Wood; his great grandchildren, Marshall and Ian McMasters; and his sister Dona Reeves (Ollie) of Harrisburg.
