He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Howard and Gracie Howard; and his brother-in-law Larry McCulley. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Howard; his children, Deanna Andrews (Matt) and Daniel Howard; his stepson Pete Barksdale (Christina); and his siblings, Fredia Galyen, Eulene McCulley and Roger Howard (Patricia). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
