With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theo J. Howard (Sparkman, Arkansas), who passed away on April 15, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillard "Red" Howard and Gertrude Ratcliff Howard; his former wife Charlotte Howard; his brothers, Tommy Howard, Clarence Howard, Jerry Howard and Terry "Taco" Howard; and his granddaughter Whitney Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Glen Givens Howard of Sparkman; his sons, Mike Howard (Teresa) of Bearden, Tony Howard (Kelly) of Thornton, Freddy Howard of Sparkman and Richard Orton, Jr. of Sparkman; and his siblings, Chuck Howard of Bearden, John Howard (Becky) of Thornton, James Howard (Kay) of Sparkman, Barbara Bledsoe (Alvin) of El Dorado, Lori Scroggins (Rickey) of Cleveland and Ranea Deer (James) of Rayville, LA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
