He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Otis Boroughs and Robbie Mae Hampton Boroughs; his wife Cynthia Moyer Boroughs; and his brother Tony Boroughs. He is survived by: his children, Michael Boroughs (Judy) of Sparkman, Luther Boroughs (Gwen) of Camden, Jason Boroughs (Cindy) of Cabot, David Boroughs (Mary) of Houston, TX, Rose Sullivent (Mike) of Bearden and Melissa Boroughs (Shelia) of Burleson, TX. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
