She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Brush of Sherwood; her children, Ricky Anthony (Ashley) of Monticello, Jason Temple (Crystal) of Austin, Scott Temple of Pangburn, Phillip Anthony (Amanda) of Austin and Samantha Anthony of Morrilton; her stepchildren, Matthew Brush of St. Louis and Rebecca Rutherford (Chris); her siblings, George Brewer, Rosemary Quillen (Gary), Patty Brown (Gil), Jeff Brewer (Kathy), Carol Limbaugh (Doug), Glenda Bell (Ronnie), Cathy Neyers (Jack) and Mike Brewer (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Hunter, Hannah, Sydney, Rylee, Jaci, Junior, Katelyn, Devin, Shyann, Jayden, Keegan, Cambrie, Cashlee, Deacon, Sadie, Mabry and Cayden. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews and many special friends that have become a part of her family.
