He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronnie, Bill, Doris, Bonnie Sue and Mary Joyce.
He is survived by: his parents, Ray Lee Meredith and Beulah McArthur Meredith; his wife Sue Richey Meredith; his children, Melissa Fail (Mason) of Searcy and Todd Meredith of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Cassidy Fail (Hannah) of Rockwall, TX and Savannah Fail of Searcy; and his brother Dan Meredith (Carol) of Durand, MI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a multitude of friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Camp Wyldewood, 155 Riverside Rd, Searcy, AR 72143 or "The Well" an inner-city ministry of Trenton Road church of Christ, 224 Union St, Clarksville, TN 37040, where he volunteered for many years to serve those in need.
