We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2022, at the age of 88, Lelah Mae Surratt of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas E. Phillips and Thelma Boltz Phillips (Herbert Surratt); and her sons, James F. Rourke and Terry M. Rourke. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Salts (Charles) and Debby Crafton; her grandchildren, Cheyenne McDaniel (Richard) and Sierra Salts; and her pet Princess.
