It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carole Sue Maxwell of Sherwood, Arkansas, born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on May 4, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father G. W. Wester; her husband Jackie Maxwell; her brother-in-law James "Doc"; and her nephew Tuney "Trey" Bailey, III. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Lydick (Chuck); her grandson Connor Lydick; her sisters, Janelle George and Melissa Graham (Mike); her stepdaughter Kelley Carter (Bob); and her stepgrandchildren, Sarah Testa (Mike) and Chris Carter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives.

“My prayers and love to all who loved Carole. I just heard about her passing minutes ago. I’m so sorry for your loss. I worked at Baptist NLR and just loved Carole and Jackie. They were the cutest loving couple. Carole was a woman always with hair fixed and make up on. She always smiled and made people feel good. I just enjoyed talking to her and laughing with her. I have missed her since Covid sent us home. I know she is hand in hand with Jackie. Just where she wanted to be.”
