She is survived by: her husband James "Tuttor" Clark; her children, Betty Ballard, Sandra Warbritton, Vickie Graham, Heather Ballard, Gary Phillips, Michael Ballard (Samantha), Travis Ballard (Jordan) and Taylor Ballard; her stepchildren, Timothy Clark and Theresa Clark; her siblings, Harrison Earl Hodge, Judy Emmons and Sherry Adams; and her grandchildren, Harley Lashlee, Tori Lashlee, Payton Lashlee, Carson Ballard, Justice Ballard, Rhea Ballard, Tasha Phillips, Melinda Warbritton and Marie Warbritton. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
