She was predeceased by: her parents, Whitman Fowlkes and Ora Fowlkes; her husband Carthel R. Webb; and her son Ray Webb. She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Webb (Mary) of Searcy, Eric Webb (Cindy) of Searcy and Tim Webb (Renee) of Searcy. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren, a host of friends.
