She is survived by: her husband David Neal; her children, Wesley Neal of West Point and Dana Lyons (Greg) of West Point; her grandchildren, Breanna Lyons, Bobbie Sue Lyons, Matthew Neal, Emily Neal, Nathan Neal and Christian Neal; her great grandchild Averie Grace; and her siblings, James Barlow (Betty), Larry Doss and Mary Doss.
