He is survived by: his wife Billie Finley (Fairley); his brothers, Tony Finley (Bettye) of Searcy and Joe Finley (Jeannie) of Ozark, Arkansas; his sons, Jonathan Finley (Heather) of Batesville, Benjamin (Teresa) of Sulphur and Stephen (Britney) of Searcy; his stepchildren, Maleah Bufford (David) of Cabot, Shane Fairley (Celeste) of Jonesboro and Paige Talley (Trey) of Mansfield, Texas; and his grandchildren, Malorie Smithson, Melissa Smithson, Sydney Bufford, Logan Bufford, Mason Newingham, Summer Finley, Camden Finley, Major Finley, Valen Finley, Carter Finley, Colten Finley, Julie Ann Finley, Griffin Talley, Elliott Talley and Cooper Talley.
