She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Choate and Phyllis Choate; her children, Josephine Stafford of Searcy, Max Stafford of Searcy and Ivan Choate of Searcy; her sister Nicolette Gardner (Dakota) of Searcy; her nieces, Daisy McNeace, Scarlett and Eleanor Gardner; her nephew Marshall McNeace; her grandmother Glenda Chapman of Searcy; her aunt Donna Stevens; and her uncles, Dwayne Boyce, Terry Scarborough and Don Harvey.
